Walk II Border crossings

The "Grenzgänge" walk takes us closer to the Herberhausen neighbourhood.
This walk is accompanied by an expert in urban space research: Anna-Lena Wenzel is an urbanist and knows all about walking. In March 2021, we invited her to Detmold as part of a mentoring programme. We would like to share with you the exciting encounter between her view as an urban researcher and our view as artists. Together we will walk through the neighbourhood and confront ourselves with the surroundings and its residents in a visual, interactive and performative way.

The "Grenzgänge" walk will take place on 9 December 2021 as part of the"nah dran - mittendrin" project funded by the Fonds Darstellende Künste. With a series of 3 walks, we share with the audience how we as artists encounter the city.
